Nakusp is nestled on the shores of Upper Arrow Lake in the West Kootenay region of beautiful British Columbia, Canada. With three direct routes into Nakusp along Highway 6 S from Nelson/Castlegar, Highway 6 from Vernon, or Highway 23 from Revelstoke, two require ferry use. Route 6 from Vernon will have you accessing the Needles Ferry, and Route 23 from Revelstoke will have you accessing the Galena Ferry; both of these ferries are free to use.
